I saw this PIF a few years ago but was wonderfully reminded again by Scarred for Life on their Instagram page.

Yes it is awful, I am fully aware of frozen ponds and the dangers, but that illustration is lovely.

The winter sky with the setting sun, purple and black skeletal trees, the tinted orange clouds. It is just perfect. But yes you are quite right, never mess about on frozen ponds.
